There are a number of qualities that make a person unique as his or her personality, attitude, beliefs, perception, appearance, passion, habits, goals, environment, experience, skill sets, inherent talent, behaviour etc. How these qualities are being developed? A complete set of these qualities make an individual successful, very successful, or just mediocre.
If there are two brothers with an age difference of one to two years in the same family. They have received almost identical treatment & living conditions. For example, the almost same type of toy to play with, clothes to wear, foods to eat, school to study, neighbor or society kids to play with. To the extent possible, they were provided with an almost identical atmosphere to grow and learn.
Later in life, one becomes very successful and another one is just mediocre. Why?
Let’s take another scenario, in school or college, two students, which are showing similar competency on several fronts. For example, competing with each other in various examinations and obtaining almost similar marks, in games as well as other competitive activities.
As time passes & years later they face each other. They recognise each other and then start talking. They found that one of them is in a leading position in MNC and another one is just doing a normal job and struggling hard to get a good job.
Childhood to Adulthood
Though visually it seems that they were in almost identical environment & having similar competency but their beliefs, perception, acts and their subconscious mind were all the time different.
It all started even before birth and then towards moving to adulthood i.e. during the process of LOCAL to GLOBAL. New-borns are having very limited exposure in early life i.e. mostly they are interacting only with their mothers.
As they grow, slowly they started moving out of the motherly world and started interacting with others. They interact with siblings, neighbors, or society kids & start playing with them. They also started visiting the nearby grocery store with their elders to have chocolates or toys.
Each and every individual who is nearby those kids are influencing their life in positive or negative or neutral ways. One kid is doing tantrums while asking for something from his parents. If he or she gets it, this kid may follow the same route. But if this happens, somebody either mother or father must take care of this kid.
While another kid is getting the required things without doing any tantrums. Even this small thing makes a huge difference, later in his or her life. The whole perspective of getting things will have unique thinking in his or her mind.
Impact on Financial life
Financial life is also having a unique link, which is connected to early childhood life. The small kid, whatever he or she sees related to money or finance, affect is adulthood. For example, if that kid has seen money as a struggle in his family (maybe a middle class or poor), then there is a very high probability that he or she will also have a struggling financial life.
But on the other hand, if that kid has seen financial abundance in the family (maybe rich or super-rich), then again there is a very good probability that this kid will be financially successful in adulthood.
All this is the result of the development of early childhood beliefs about anything. The beauty of our mind is, anybody can change his or her self-limiting beliefs about anything, be it money, personality development, habit, social image, behaviours etc. But for that, an individual must be aware of those limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs act as an anchor, which hinders our growth.
